Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ovree, operated by ladata, s.r.o. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using ovree.app or the ovree mobile app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

ovree lets you upload a photo from your activity, optionally connect Strava to pick real stats, and generates an AI-designed overlay poster combining your photo with those stats. Generation quality and style depend on AI models we don’t fully control, and outputs may vary.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use ovree. You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Credits and payments

Generations are paid for with credits. New accounts receive 3 free overlay generations; further credits are purchased in packs. Payments are processed by Stripe — by purchasing credits you also agree to Stripe’s terms for the payment method you use.

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once used to start a generation, except where required by applicable consumer law. Unused credits do not expire unless we notify you otherwise in advance.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the overlays generated from them. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to process it (including sending it to our AI providers) solely to generate your overlay and operate the service.

You confirm you have the right to upload the photo (e.g. it’s your own photo, or one you have permission to use) and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ovree to:

• Upload photos you don’t have the rights to, or that depict someone without their consent.
• Upload illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI providers.
• Misrepresent generated stats as verified performance data for competitive or commercial claims.

7. AI-generated content

Overlays are generated by AI and may occasionally contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We don’t guarantee a specific visual outcome for any generation. Regenerating consumes an additional credit as described in-app.

8. Strava connection

Connecting Strava is optional and only used to let you pick from your recent activities and their stats. We don’t store your Strava activity feed on our servers — it’s read on demand for your session. You can disconnect Strava at any time from your profile.

9. Termination

You may stop using ovree and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimer and liability

ovree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to the service or terms

We may update ovree or these Terms as the product evolves. We’ll post the updated Terms here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
